Great Product
My wife and I really love the Bison Cube Steaks from Big River Bison. They are great for making a number of our favorite dishes - Swiss steak, chicken Fried Bison and Bison Parmesan. The individual packaging makes it easy to thaw just what you need. We've found them to be tender and delicious!
